Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kairo Study (the "Service"), an AI-powered study planner provided by Beltina Estinvil, operating as Kairo Study ("we", "us"). Kairo Study is operated by Beltina Estinvil, an individual seller. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and are entering into an agreement with Beltina Estinvil, operating as Kairo Study.

1. The Service

Kairo Study lets you add courses, exams, topics and available study time, and generates daily study plans and Active Recall questions. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to use it. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the Service's security, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or get around plan limits;
• use AI features to create illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive content, or try to bypass safety filters.

4. AI-generated content

Study plans, questions and model answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check them against your course materials. They are not a substitute for instruction from your school or professional advice. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the output, and you must have the right to use any content you enter. We may filter, refuse or remove content, and restrict accounts that misuse AI features. Rights-holders can report infringing content to beltinecommerce@gmail.com. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Intellectual property

Beltina Estinvil, operating as Kairo Study owns the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service to you.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

Kairo Study offers a Free plan and a paid Student plan (monthly or yearly). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep Student access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 7. Service availability

We work to keep Kairo Study running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. When an account is deleted, its study data is permanently removed.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, or for exam results. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law does not allow it.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Beltina Estinvil, operating as Kairo Study against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer our rights as part of a merger or acquisition.
