Refund Policy

Beltina Estinvil, operating as Kairo Study ("we") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Student plan. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, including renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email beltinecommerce@gmail.com.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Student access until the end of the period you've paid for.
